Matthew Sheard has over ten years in the industry an serves as Director of CenterPoint Commercial Capital, where he proactively works with Commercial Real Estate Investors to provide debt and equity solutions that are the best available in the market to facilitate their needs.

Prior to serving in this role, he worked with Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation, and prior to this with Marcus and Millichap where he gained experience as a commercial sales agent focusing on urban core retail, where he formed the Santelli Sheard Group.

Mr. Sheard’s attention to detail and ability to identify investor’s needs and goals, allows him to execute with utmost professionalism catered to each of his clients.

Matthew received his Masters in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University in 2021, and he received a degree in Communications with a focus in Psychology from the University of Rhode Island in 2012. He was a Defensive End for the NCAA Division IAA University of Rhode Island Rams football team serving as team Captain in the 2011 season. Upon completion of his football career, Matthew spent six months living abroad primarily in Israel, where he became proficient in Hebrew. He is an active board member for the non-profit organization Give Today Save Tomorrow founded in 2010. Matthew lives in Dallas with his Wife Margaux and Daughters Mavis and Miriam, and together they enjoy traveling and outdoor activities.
